1app Grow (“we”) processes personal data to provide multi-channel marketing workspaces. This policy describes what we collect and why.

Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, workspace name, billing references.
• Contact lists you import: names, emails, phone numbers, and custom fields.
• Usage data: campaign sends, opens, clicks, and delivery logs.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and security logs.

How we use data

We use data to operate the Service, deliver messages you configure, process payments through 1app, improve reliability, and support your workspace. We do not sell contact lists to third parties.

Your responsibilities

As a workspace admin, you are the controller for your subscribers’ and customers’ data. You must have a lawful basis to contact them and honour unsubscribe requests. Our tracking links and unsubscribe pages help you comply.

Retention & security

We retain data while your workspace is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and backup purposes. We apply access controls, encryption in transit, and workspace isolation between tenants.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting hi@1app.online.

Sub-processors

We use infrastructure and messaging providers necessary to send email, SMS, and WhatsApp. Payment processing is handled by 1app according to their privacy terms.
