These terms govern your use of 1app Grow (“Service”) operated by 1app. By creating a workspace or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Workspaces & accounts

You are responsible for activity under your workspace and for keeping credentials secure. You must provide accurate registration information. Workspace admins may invite users subject to plan limits.

2. Acceptable use

You will not use the Service to send spam, unlawful content, or messages without proper consent. You must comply with applicable email, SMS, and WhatsApp regulations (including opt-out requirements). We may suspend workspaces that violate these rules.

3. Trials & subscriptions

New workspaces may receive a time-limited trial as described on our website. After the trial, a paid subscription via 1app is required unless your account qualifies for an internal exemption. Fees are in the currency shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew according to the billing cycle you select until cancelled.

4. Data & content

You retain ownership of contact data and campaign content you upload. You grant us a licence to process that data solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy policy for how we handle personal data.

5. Availability & liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before a claim.
